If any RaZr Rods� are broken while fishing, ship that rod to Razr Rods LLC along with a letter of explanation (how your rod broke). Include your name, address, phone number and email address, along with a check for $35.00 per rod, for warranty processing & handling. Razr Rods LLC will then repair or replace your fishing rod and return it to you as soon as possible.
To Prevent Warranty abuse, customer will only be allowed only 1 - warranty replacement for reasons other than manufacture defect.
If you wish to use a credit card for your warranty there is a 5% surcharge.
NO warranty will be processed without prepayment of the $35.00, per rod.
If we are in receipt of a warranty fishing rod not accompanied by a check or money order you will receive notice of the balance due.
If a check, money order or credit card number is not received within 60 days, the warranty on that fishing rod will be null and void. Absolutely no refunds on used or broken rods.
Blatant abuse will void this warranty.
Please note that all warranty rods must be shipped as they were broken to fulfill the warranty requirements. Any warranty that is cut or broken to ship the rod will be denied the warranty.
This warranty does not apply to rods broken by anyone but the purchaser.
Warranty rods that are to be repaired or replaced are normally shipped within 2 to 3 weeks after we receive the rod. Thank You!
